Chairman & CEO

Terrence DeFranco

Terrence brings 25 years of leadership in strategy, corporate finance, and governance. Before founding IotaComm, he served as CEO of Edentify and spent 13 years on Wall Street, including as Head of Investment Banking at Baird, Patrick & Co. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill, and serves as Managing Member of the Center for Sustainable Innovation.

Wael Guibene

Wael is a product and technology executive with 15+ years of leadership across wireless, IoT, and AI/ML platforms. A former standards leader at the LoRa Alliance, he holds 40+ patents in LPWAN/IoT and earned his Ph.D. from Telecom ParisTech. He has held senior roles at Silicon Labs, Amazon Lab126, AWS, Samsung Research, and Semtech.

Derek Brosseau

Derek is a sales leader with 20+ years of experience in enterprise sales, pipeline acceleration, and go-to-market strategy. A founding member of FidoTrack Gamification and veteran of enterprise sales organizations, he leads IotaComm’s commercial growth efforts.
